We renovated our home in 2014/15. It is a three level home in Oceanbeach Road and we did extensive renovations including a small extension, recladding, and reconfiguration of the ground floor.
We were Jason’s first clients when he set up his business Burgess Construction Ltd. He was highly recommended by Miles Everton of Everton Construction Ltd. We immediately found Jason to be very professional and personable. Jason had also worked with our Architect Designer, Gary Gardener, and Gary was very supportive of having Jason as our builder.
Jason approach is professional and business like. He is also a very skilled tradesperson and is highly respected by his team and the sub-contractors he employs. There was always a feeling of camaraderie around the house and we found Jason and his team very easy to have around. Jason is a good communicator and listener and always talked through any issues honestly and took on board our concerns. He gives constructive suggestions, good advice and has a good feel for design.
The renovations were executed to a high level of quality and have received many positive comments from other tradespeople and visitors to our home. We enjoyed working with Jason and would definitely work with him again in the future.
